I walked into my favorite bar at my usual time – a quarter to three – in the afternoon.
Well it used to be my favorite bar.  I haven’t been here in a while. See it wasn’t so much my favorite bar as my favorite bartender, Brittney. I called her Joe. If you didn’t catch the clue from my odd entrance time, it’s from an old Sinatra song.  It’s understandable if you aren’t familiar with “One For My Baby”,  but if you don’t know Sinatra, we can’t be friends.
Anyway, I haven’t been here in a while because Brittney came into a small fortune – a couple million bucks.  Kinda figured she’s gone off to live in the Bahamas for the rest of her days or maybe livin’ it up somewhere uptown for a while, but certainly not
